She’s Shapin' Up is a non-intimidating group exercise program that
quickly & safely changes your body shape.
With our weight resistance/cardio exercise program, our Pilates Program,
and a healthy eating plan, we ALL have the ability to re-shape our shape.
With our adjustable PACE hydraulic circuit trianing equipment,
we help our members continue to receive great results, even after they have
reached a plateau with non-adjustable equipment and other progroms.
