She’s Shaping Up is a non-threatening group exercise program that
quickly & safely changes your body shape.
With our weight resistance/cardio exercise program, our Pilates Program,
and a healthy eating plan, we ALL have the ability to re-shape our shape.
We offer one of a kind Circuit Training Classes, Advanced Exercise Classes
and Toning Tables.
With our adjustable PACE hydraulic circuit trianing equipment,
we help our members continue to receive great results, even after they have
reached a plateau with non-adjustable equipment and other progroms.
